Returns & Refunds Policy

At Formula Fit Apparel, every piece is made to order. Because of this, we handle returns a bit differently than traditional retail—while still making sure you’re taken care of.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • or incorrect (wrong size/style received)

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each shirt is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered

  • buyer’s remorse

  • color variations due to screen differences

  • normal wear and tear

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the claim is processed. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to damage or defect, we’ll replace it with the same item.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
